No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled service without prior notice forfeit their investment. Late arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of your appointment time or a shortened service.
