Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. A cancellation fee may apply for cancellations made within 72 hours of the service. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their service up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability. No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled service without prior notice forfeit their investment. Late arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of your appointment time or a shortened service. Communication: Please communicate any changes or cancellations to your appointment as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges or inconvenience. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or before the scheduled service, depending on the nature of the service. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards.
